Who we are
Trustel Mobile LLC sells and repairs TAG-approved kosher phones, with delivery and collection in Jerusalem, Israel. You can reach us on 053-416-4770 in Israel, +1 786-844-3829 on our US line, or at [email protected]. These terms apply when you order a phone, a case or an accessory from us, and when you book a repair.
Prices and currency
Every price on this site is in US dollars, and that is the amount your card is charged. Where the site shows a price in shekels it is a guide at the day's rate, not the amount taken. The one exception is the Double Line SIM, whose plans are priced in shekels. Where a price is shown as including VAT, the figure you see is the whole amount payable; where VAT is added, the price shown already has it in it by the time you reach checkout. We may correct a price that is obviously wrong before an order is confirmed — we will tell you first and you can walk away.
Ordering and payment
Submitting an order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We may contact you to confirm the model, the price, availability and delivery before we fulfil it. We accept:
- Card — processed by Stripe. A 3.5% card surcharge applies and is shown before you pay. Your card details are entered with Stripe and never reach this website.
- Cash — on collection only. No surcharge.
- Zelle — put your order number in the memo so we can match the payment to your order. No surcharge.
An order is confirmed when we have both accepted it and received payment, or agreed collection terms with you.
Delivery and collection
We deliver within Jerusalem, Israel, and delivery is free — on any order, whatever it comes to. Collection is always free. Whether delivery is available is shown at checkout. Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly if something is wrong.
Returns and cancellation
Because our phones are supplied filtered and configured for you, we do not run a general change-of-mind return or exchange scheme. Please check the model, storage and case before you order, and call us if you are unsure which phone suits you — we would much rather help you choose first.
This does not take away rights you have by law. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund or repair right that Israeli consumer law gives you, including where a phone is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its purpose. If you believe you have such a right, contact us and we will deal with it.
A phone that develops a fault is handled under the warranty below rather than as a return.
Warranty
What you get depends on the range, so it is set out separately below rather than as one sentence that fits none of them. Cover runs for one year from the date you buy the phone, and warranty work is carried out by us.
Wonder Phone and Wonder Pro — one year, full cover
A fault in the phone is covered, water damage included. If the phone cannot be repaired, we replace it.
The Fig range — one year, full cover
Fig Core Ani Choma, Fig Core, Fig Mini II and Fig Flip II Pro:
- One free repair is included.
- Water damage is covered where the phone can be repaired.
- If water damage cannot be repaired, you receive a $100 credit toward your next phone from us.
Fusion F1 and Fusion F2 — sold without a warranty
These are our two least expensive phones and the price reflects it. A Fusion that goes wrong can still be booked in on the repairs page — that repair is chargeable, and we will quote you before any work starts.
What no warranty covers
Loss or theft, deliberate damage, a phone that has been opened or repaired by someone else, and ordinary wear — scuffs, and a battery that holds less charge after a year of use.
Cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables and other accessories are not covered by the phone warranty and are not repaired under it. If an accessory arrives faulty, tell us and we will put it right.
To claim, contact us with your name and the phone model, and the serial or IMEI number where we ask for it.
Repairs
You can book a repair on the repairs page or bring the phone in. We will look at it and tell you what is wrong and what it will cost. We do not start chargeable work until you have approved the estimate. If you pay for a repair online by card, the same 3.5% card surcharge as on an order applies and is shown before you pay. If a repair turns out not to be economic or not to be possible, we will say so — a diagnosis that leads nowhere is not charged for.
Some things worth knowing before you hand a phone over:
- Back up your phone first. Repairs can mean the contents are lost, and we cannot recover data.
- We will ask for the unlock code — a phone we cannot unlock is a phone we cannot test after the repair. It is used for that and nothing else, and it is deleted with the job record.
- Parts. We may use new or equivalent-quality parts. Parts we replace become ours unless you ask for them back when you book the job in.
- Warranty on our work. A repair we carry out and charge for is warranted against the same fault recurring. That cover is on the work we did, not on the rest of the phone.
- Collecting. Please collect within 90 days of us telling you the phone is ready. We will contact you before we treat anything left longer than that as abandoned.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Call 053-416-4770 or email [email protected] with your order or job number and we will work it out with you. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
The small print
We do not promise the website is available without interruption or free of error. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to what you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when this one was last changed.
